DANTES Exams
(Defense Activity For Non-Traditional Education Support Program)
DANTES exams in Criminal Justice, Psychology and Business are currently recognized by UMA. Please contact the Academic and Career Advising Center for a DANTES Policy Statement. UMA is an open test center for anyone who wishes to take the DANTES examinations.
To Register:
- Get a registration form from your local UMA location.
- Send to the Academic and Career Advising Center (46 University Drive, Augusta, Maine 04330):
- A completed registration form (completed #1-11)
- A MONEY ORDER payable to DANTES for $70 per exam.
- A non-refundable service fee (check) payable to UMA for $15 per exam.
- A $10 cash payment to cover Federal Express shipping.
- A request for a map if you need directions to the testing location.
The following are DANTES exams UMA accepts credit for:
