The University of Maine at Augusta has a full-time, fixed-length Nursing faculty position beginning in September, 2007. This is a one-year appointment with the possibility of renewal for a second year. This faculty position has responsibility for our nursing students based at the University’s Hutchinson Center in Belfast and will provide laboratory, clinical, and classroom instruction for students in the Associate of Science program in the Waldo County region.
Qualifications: Requirements: Master's degree in Nursing; State of Maine RN licensure or the eligibility for licensure in Maine; at least one year of clinical experience; excellent communication skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively. Preferences: Previous teaching experience. Salary: Salary will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
